Molzana are hiring a Freelance/Contact Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst to work Part Time on an initial 3 month engagement on a key e-commerce account.
The successful applicant will have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable in using tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar and other consumer insights platforms to derive insights to inform an ongoing testing plan.
As a winning candidate will equally be comfortable in configuring and deploying CRO tests across all device types through Google Optimize, using Google Tag Manager to make tracking and tagging changes as well as analysing and reporting test results back to the business and the client directly.
You will be technically capable and have a proven track record of implementing tests and delivering results within an eCommerce environment. Similarly you will be a strong communicator who is comfortable when dealing with clients and internal teams alike.

Role: Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist (Freelance / Contract)
Location: UK Based, initially remote with potential working from our office in Farringdon, London (COVID-19 dependant).
Days / Hours: Initially 1-2 days (flexible days) / 8-16 hours per week.
Rate: Please provide your expected daily rate in GBP (£) when applying.
Length of Contract: Rolling 3 month agreement.
Travel: Initially none but potentially travel to the client offices as required (COVID-19 dependant).
» Provide ongoing recommendations to help clients deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements.
» Create and execute deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users. This could include items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and persona development.
» Help drive the success of client engagements, as the subject matter expert on a number of conversion optimisation & UX engagements. Understand the entire process: from KPI definition to execution to insight discovery.
» As part of the Molzana team, assume accountability and ownership of Conversion Rate Optimisation within the business.
» Conduct UX research through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
» Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments and audiences as they relate to the optimisation process.
» Configure Tagging & Tracking through Google Tag Manager.
» Implement and Deploy Multi-Device tests through Google Optimize.
» Be able to translate and communicate testing results and data-driven recommendations into an effective message, continually creating insights and value for clients.
» Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow, communication; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
» 5 years or more Conversion Rate Optimisation Experience.
» Highly Proficient Analyst with an excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Consumer Insight Data.
» Highly Proficient CRO Implementation skills with an excellent understanding of Google Optimize.
» An excellent communicator with all stakeholders, internal and client side, with good presentation and insight reporting skills. You will have a wealth of experience of addressing and communicating CRO successes and failures to clients.
» Able to work on a Freelance or Contract basis.
» A sound mathematical understanding in regards to CRO and Web Analytics.
» Experience of using Data Visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or Microsoft Power BI (Preferred, but not essential).
